Order Dormeo mattress topper at your own risk, their warranty is worthless! My topper crumpled and folded at the sides, I had to provide countless photos and measurements of the same before it could even be considered and although visibly defective, my concerns were rejected. I felt frustrated by their lack of acknowledgement and the loops I had to go through for consideration! I previously ordered a mattress and love it! Their warrranty is not worth its name and I will not purchase from Dormeo again!

Bought the Octasmart Plus Mattress Topper about six weeks ago. My mattress was feeling a little lumpy so thought this would help. Sleeping worse with this on it. It already has a hump in the middle of it, slips of the mattress. No a good sleep at all. Waste of money and could not recommend this topper.Going from this, contacted Dormeo to get them to collect the item for a refund only to be told it would be at my expense, Post Office can't take an item of this size, and to get it couriered from my home would cost £180!! Thanks Dormeo, lumbered with an item which will no doubt end up at the recycling tip!I'm not going to get into a debate with you about this. I have found an alternative way of returning this awful product to you and look forward to receiving my money back - Needless to say I won't ever purchase anything from you again nor will I be able to recommend you to friends and family. Customer service is severely lacking.

Few days ago my Dormeo S plus mattress got delivered and since my back pain starting to ease.Highly recommend.

Had an excellent nights sleep from first nights use, delivery was in time stated, product was packed very well and the quality was outstanding. will buy again when it's time to replace. Will recommend to friends and family.

I had bought a mattress topper in the winter to supplement my, initially perfect but now ageing, mattress. It was okay, but not great for my arthritic back and knees, so I decided to try my luck with the, massively more expensive, Dormeo mattress topper. I was hesitant at first, mainly because of the price tag, but also because the previous one was only a few months old. However, a succession of waking up experiences with tingling arms and hands due to the arthritis prompted me to give Dormeo a try. The many glowing reviews from arthritis sufferers who seemed to find an improvement in their sleeping pattern with a Dormer topper finalised my decision. The delivery was quicker than I had anticipated and the mattress topper arrived in perfect condition. My only criticism is that there was a slight chemical smell which lingered on for quite a few days. I used it after 10 hours of 'letting it breathe, maybe I should have waited longer, but I needed this topper, as I had already packed the old one away!Anyway, sleep wise, there has been a huge improvement. The waking up incidents with tingling arms and hands seem to be a thing of the past. The mattress topper offers a firm but gentle support to the body, wich does not 'sink into' it as it did with the previous one. Overall, so far, I am very pleased with my purchase. I didn't give a 5 stars simply because of the lingering smell.

It took 5nights to get used to it. Because it was so different from my old mattress. Now i LOVE it. ??

Bought this topper as it looked really thick and was suffering with back and hip ache.We bought a top brand and rated mattress but it was too hard and each morning when I got up from bed I was aching.The Dormeo mattress topper looked just what I needed and the reviews seemed to be very good.I am quite disappointed ? on how deep it is and it’s a very expensive mattress topper.I had looked at many different options but choice this one on the reviews looks like I’ve made a very costly mistake Regards Ray Wood

Love the matress topper but the pillow is to hard and gives me bad neck ache when I wake up.

Delivery was quick. Good topper mattress. Shame it doesn’t have straps to attach to main mattress as it does move otherwise would have been a 5*.

My mattress was left in the community access foyer despite me telling the driver when he buzzed my flat, that i was shielding and could not come down so not to leave it there.It was taken by someone.

The worst mattress I've ever bought! Bought the dormeo fresh last summer (2020) as the reviews were really good, I suffer with back problems & shoulder pain so thought i would buy this mattress, at first it seemed ok even though it was very firm but as time went on the pressure points my hips back & now my right arm as well as my left shoulder i wake up in pain!! every single morning in pain. Wish i kept an eye on the date for sending back the mattress as you had 60 day money back guarantee so by the time i thought about it, it was over the time. I'm going to ring customer service to see if anything can be done as it is a lot of money for so much pain. AVOID. Since being in contact with dormeo well their customer service agents as they could never put me through to management i was supposed to receive a phone call on Tuesday 26/01/21 from their management team they said they called me but i never received it! So been on the phone quite a bit since 26th still waiting, so decided to send an email today 30th so got a response from someone dont know if it was management saying that they could not help as i was over the 60 day trial which i knew i was but i haven't had the mattress a year so why bother to tell me to get in touch? They were very quick to respond by email hiding behind computers. As long as they get their money that's all that counts. AVOID go to a shop and do it the old fashioned way. And by the way it's still in guarantee.
